At Masterpiece Lighting Inc, we prioritize your satisfaction. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items that are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with tags (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items not meeting these criteria may not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact us at service@cooksya.com. If approved, you’ll receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on where to send your item

Important: Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food or beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

Please contact us if you’re unsure about your item’s return eligibility.

5. Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item following the steps above, and place a new order for the replacement product.

6. EU Customer Returns
For orders shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are provided

This is in addition to the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds
Once your return is processed, we’ll notify you about the refund status. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at service@cooksya.com.

8. Return Address
A return shipping label will be provided upon approval.
