Order Processing & Shipping Costs

  • Processing Time: 2-5 business days for order review and packaging.

  • High-Demand Periods: Up to 6 business days during holidays or promotions.

  • Shipping Fee: $6.99 flat fee on all orders, no matter where you’re located.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States: 8-14 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10-16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14-21 business days

Please note that delivery may take longer during high-volume periods or due to customs processing.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days.

International Shipments & Customs

  • Orders shipped internationally are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delays due to customs are out of our control.

Changes or Cancellations
To make changes or cancel your order, contact us at service@cooksya.com within 12 hours of purchase. Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, send a photo within 72 hours, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • Lost in Transit: If your order is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
